My name is Nadia and I live in Cambridge Ontario. I first started taking cake decorating classes at our local craft store for fun and I quickly realized how much I enjoyed baking in general. I had always liked baking (not so much cooking) but it is more gratifying when you see a huge smile at the other end. I am now learning to make different types of candy, bars and chocolates.
